Be of Help To Others
No matter how strong the people around us are, each of them has their low times when feelings of depression and emptiness sneak in. In such times, we should show concern and go near them and cheer them up. Distract them from those agonizing thoughts and help them shift their focus from negative to seeing positives in their life. Help them count their blessings. No matter how people pretend to be fine, there comes a time they will need a shoulder to lean on. So, be open to helping others.
